OBX Day 3: June 24, 2013

On Monday morning we ventured out on a wild horse tour with Corolla Outback Adventures.  We loaded into 2 trucks.  I sat in the cab with Jacob and Emily (who were complete angels) who had to ride in car seats.  We drove along the ocean and around the sand dunes.  Everyone loved it!  We saw lots of wild, beautiful mustangs!

After the tour, we all headed to a Mexican restaurant for lunch courtesy of Dr. Michael Behrmann!

Next on the list was family pictures.  We headed back to the house and all cleaned up.  Jerry had picked the color scheme and bought all of the grandkids corresponding outfits.  I took lots of candid pictures of everyone (600+), while the photographer took other group shots.  Of all the shirts (light blue, sea blue, aqua, etc.) David and Mike could have picked, I couldn't believe we bought the same one without talking about it first.  I guess great minds think alike (that would be Christina and I)!  Here are just some of my favorite pictures (that I took).
